Can I really get teeth in a day?

In many cases, yes. We place the implants and fit a fixed set of teeth on the same day, so you do not leave without teeth. Your final set is fitted later once everything has healed, but you are never left with a gap.

The procedure is done under local anaesthetic, and sedation is available if you would prefer. Most people find the discomfort afterwards is milder and shorter than they expected, and it is managed easily with ordinary painkillers.

What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?

Simply the number of implants used to hold the arch, four or six. All-on-6 spreads the load across more implants for extra stability, while All-on-4 often needs less surgery and no grafting. We advise which suits your bone and bite.
